Frantic Phone Call from Alleged Area 51 ex Employee
The news of this incident spread like a wildfire. Youtube clip with the conversation quickly hit 1 million views (and counting). In 1997 syndicated talk show host Art Bell (known primarily as one of the founders and the original host of the paranormal-themed radio program Coast to Coast AM) received a frantic call from a man claiming to have worked in Area 51.
The call came from an undisclosed location. The caller seemed to have been in a shock, his voice trembling, as if terrorized by the nature of information he had come into possession of during his employment at Area 51, and which he chose to disclose to the public.
The caller maintained “they” were surely tracking the call and insisted he didn’t have much time because “they” will want to shut him down.
It is not so much what the caller was saying that drew wide attention. It is what he was saying IN COMBINATION with what happened in the studio during the conversation that fired up heated discussion whether or not the call was fake or real.
This, however, was not the end of the story. Some time later the caller called back with an explanation why he had made the call. However, when asked by Art Bell how he could account for the satellite crash right in the middle of the call, he was not able to come up with an explanation.
Was the call a hoax from start? Or, perhaps, he was eventually caught by those who had the capacity to track the call and kill the satellite in the middle of the transmission, and forced to return to Art Bell with a phony excuse?
You be the judge.
