ARV – Alien Reproduction Vehicle. The Documentary.
Excellent full feature documentary on the investigation into the UFO phenomenon inspired by Mark McCandlish'es speech at the National Press Club event in Washington (2001) where he presented a detailed blueprint of an alien space craft as reverse-engineered by the military (aka "ARV" - Alien Reproduction Vehicle). The speech inspired James Allen, a young film maker, to conduct an investigation into the ARV, the result of which is this disturbing and dark documentary.

In May 2001 an event was held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., whereby a group of 20 retired Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration and intelligence officers stepped forward in front of national media to inform the public about the reality of the extraterrestrial presence. The aim of the conference, organised by Dr. Steven Greer as a part of his Disclosure Project, was to persuade the Congress to organise official, public hearings into the subject. The speakers presented a variety of evidence, including photographic, as well as hard copy of various official documents.
Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs) – advanced anti-gravity aircraft that have been fully operational since at least the late 1950s to early 1960s. Many so-called UFO reports by civilians and military personnel are of such ARVs. They constitute an unacknowledged or ‘black’ Air Force and these ARVs are capable of extraordinary speed, maneuverability and lift/hover. By 2009, these technologies had gone through many generations of refinement and, if deployed, could easily hoax or simulate an Extraterrestrial Vehicle (ETV). Mark McCandlish and his testimony were the highlight of the event as he was able to present detailed blueprints for the so-called Alien Reproduction Vehicle (ARV) – a reverse-engineered alien space craft capable of super-luminal (faster than light) speed, that he claimed had been in use by the military for decades.
Eight years later James Allen, a young filmmaker from Savannah, Georgia, saw a documentary about the Washington event. He was so fascinated with the story that he decided to make an investigative documentary, focusing primarily on McCandlish and the “Fluxliner”, as the ARV was called.
Little did he realise that the journey he had set out on would turn out to be disturbing and perilous, and its ending so dark.
